I’ve known the team behind YAE for a long time, so I know first-hand just how much hard work, care and pride goes into this business.

They genuinely love what they do and it shows in their work. Nothing is ever rushed or done by halves - they’re particular about getting things right, incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile.

What I probably appreciate most is knowing that I can call them, explain what’s going on (usually very badly), and know they’ll sort it. There’s never any pressure or unnecessary work, just straightforward advice from experienced people I completely trust.

It’s been pretty special watching YAE grow and seeing the reputation they’ve built through simply being exceptional at what they do and looking after people.

I had a very positive experience with the service provided. I spoke with one of the team members over the phone, and unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but I would like to acknowledge how professional, polite, and helpful he was throughout the conversation.

He took the time to clearly explain the issues with my Mercedes A250 and outlined what needed to be repaired and why. I really appreciated the clear communication and the professional manner in which everything was explained.
